it looks like the mad rush to re-fi last month might have been a bit early....

just heard on cnbs paulson is considering a plan to make 4.5% loans available for borrowers through fannie and freddie

i want my 3% dammit!

wow, that's really low....did he say which bank? (and which state?)

wells fargo is still charging over 8% for jumbos (i've seen a couple in the mid 6% range though)

5 3/8% is a great rate for a jumbo.
