Re: "that's not credible evidence for me..." Oh, I totally agree! The guy making charges (the seller of tax avoidance schemes) seems to have not yet presented any 'credible evidence' at all. The very documents that he has proffered appear to argue against his claims. <g> Re: "as an investigator, I would want to see the ORIGINAL hospital records" GZ, you can 'want' anything you want to... but apparently State privacy laws preclude YOU (or any other member of the public) from accessing the originals. Fortunately however, that does not apply to the U.S. Supreme Court Justices! (So they should be taking a peak this month, and then deciding to accept or toss the filing....) And you won't have to wonder any longer whether you should accept the word of State officials in Hawaii....
