HSNI - I agree book is bloated by goodwill. The way i see it this is a 2B$ retail business (mostly catalogue and internet) that can be bought for 100M$ roughly plus 300M$ in net debt. it seems to have the cash flow to survive. the Brookstone part of the business is worth zero, IMO but HSN definitely has value and could earn as much as 100M$/year in a decent economy.

FWIW, I sold my stocks for a small gain. I hoped for a larger bounce after the huge drop but that did not materialize.
