Gates is counting his money in front of Clinton

How can one logically claim that Internet Explorer is a part of Windows 95 when (1)it has never been distributed as an integral part of Win95 but instead has always taken the form of an application distributed separately and (2) became available after the Win95 product was released for sale to the public.

==============================
Do you think Senator Hatch will let Microsoft tell him that it was perfectly okay to tell CPQ they couldn't have Win95 if they wanted to put an icon for Netscape navigator on the screen instead of the one for Windows Explorer?

Does he really think the Senator doesn't have any technical advice available.

I'm sure Novell has enough brain power to spare to brief the Senator's staff on the technical issues. Anyone want to volunteer?
