Karen, glad you enjoyed your time in the Lone Star State. You were lucky to miss the occasional tornado, ice storm, flood, heat wave and hurricane that visit us. :)

Yes, the U.S. has many beautiful/interesting places to see. There are still a few states I haven't visited, including Alaska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska and Virginia. I did a driving tour of your State of Washington and found it interesting.
