Loan is when you lend money to someone credit worthy with good probability to get your money back + interest.

What the hell is a moral hazard? That term means absolutely nothing to me.

It basically means if you bail out a loser they'll do it again, so think twice.

Of course I do. You're just repeating the B.S. that the bailout advocates are saying. "It's not a bailout, it's a loan."

GM already has $45B outstanding in loans. If you had $13B, would you "loan" it all to GM? Didn't think so.
