Yeah, from the tenor of Ten's posts about auto workers, he definitely seems to think he's better than they are, deserves more money, and the auto workers shouldn't make as much as they do. But HIS compensation is totally fair!

I've worked a lot of jobs, having not settled on a career until later in life, and judging jobs as disposable and easily replaced. In my experience, some of the lowest paying and menial were actually some of the hardest (try short order cooking!), and some of the best paying were some of the easiest (specialized software consulting).
