Re: "Obama Birth Certificate: SCOTUS Conference Set for Tomorrow" Actually... the case has NOTHING TO DO with his 'birth certificate'. (The very brief they filed with the Court says so! It says that they accept his Hawaii birth.) No, the filing is arguing that he has DUAL 'British and American' citizenship and that is why they claim he is not qualified to be President: "Mr. Donofrio's case concedes that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims."
