Chrysler shouldn't get a cent because they are private. Let the idiots who thought buying Chrysler was a great idea put more of their money risk.
However, our elected officials are so stupid Chrysler will probably be the only one that gets government money.

I believe the only reason Chrysler is even being considered is because if one goes under, they all will.

I agree that if the government gives a loan to Chrysler then they should have recourse to any/all Cerberus assets, including any they try to legally shelter. That assumes Cerberus is still worth anything.

Daimler made a great move unloading that sick pig on the fools running Cerberus. Hopefully Cerberus won't make a great move unloading the dead pig on the taxpayers.

CNBC's Phil Lebeau said auto suppliers have started demanding cash on delivery. That's going to start shutting down factories real fast.
