I agree with you. It's pretty naive to think we have all that military over there out of the goodness of our hearts. It's oil pure and simple. Hell Al Qaeda first got pissed at us for keeping military forces in Saudi Arabia. Why were they there? To protect our oil supplies. At the end of the day, any sensible person just needs to follow the money to understand what is going on. These folks who don't understand that oil prices are very heavily subsidized by our government have their eyes closed.
