Sure, and while we're at it, let's add home builders, car builders, and child care to that list as well. After all, I don't want to worry about where I'm going to live if I get laid off. Or how I'm going to get around town. Or who's going to take care of my kids (if I had kids, which I still plan on having). If you want to pay for this all, be my guest.
