Another indicator of Chinese economic contraction. China International Maritime Container (Group) Ltd. has sent its entire dry bulk operations staff on indefinite leave since October. That's 22,000 staff, or 38% of its total pay-roll. Last year CIMC accounted for around 56% of dry bulk volume globally.
