I have seen the press realeases. Some of them look questionable, some have driven home some interesting points. I would be most interested in the allegations made in the suit. Clearly, there are two opposing camps on this stock. The shorts obviously think there is blood here, and a company that can't make money is a great short. The Cartel has their own interests at heart. It would appear as though both sides have had their coordinated effort to support their side. But this is business and there is real money involved. Am I really convinced Mork and his pals are totally right? No. Am I convinced Morgan and his pals are totally right? No. Am I convinced somebody is going to make (and/or has made) a lot of money here? Yes.
