Suma,

I have had Reverse Osmosis in my home until I found out that it uses so many gallons of water to produce that which is drinkable. Here in Fl. we pay for water coming in and water going out. A sewer tax.

How much water can you possibly use up this way? I am not planning on hooking it up to main sink. I have a little hole in the sink to which I can attach (well, not I but the handyman in my building) a faucet, and I will use this water only for drinking and cooking something. How much water can possibly be used this way? If I use 2 gallons per day, and it wasts 5x, I have used 10 gallons. How many toilet flushes is that?

Joe
