So, do you have a sense of what defines "low starch"?

It's any but the "big three" right now. What I eat has a low to medium glycemic load, and I don't eat that much of it. One or two scoops of each type of stew each meal. The key is I spice them up so that they are very tasty. Lot's of McCormick Chile powder for the chili and McCormick Italian spice mix for the other two.

My stomach is now smaller, after four months of cutting down. I use the smoothies after lunch and dinner to cut any hunger.

It's obviously not a problem for me as I am losing better than a pound a week.

I am settling more and more on the concept of "eat what you like as long as you cut out the "Big Three."
