Why aren't these people in jail?

Because they're running the country and making the laws.

Someone who holds up a convenience store has more personal integrity cause at least he is being honest about his intentions of stealing.

Think about how this started....Dow only down 5% and berbanke cuts rates to help banker buddies....after gross, cramer, et al, scream.
It's so simple to see....lifeboats and escape routes for all elites.
