CHK along with FCX have been on my radar for awhile now, no positions yet. Question on their debt - around 14B last I looked (which makes me uncomfortable in this credit environment), I've read that as you say nothing comes due for a couple years, so why do you think they did the shelf registration? I'm afraid they might be thinking about dumping a huge load of stock at the worst possible time... Look at what LVS did - a huge issue right at the bottom a few weeks back that caused massive dilution. This thing really is a trader though, right after Aubrey was forced out it doubled in a matter of days... Thanks, John
