RIG is definitely a quality driller but having contracts doesn't mean much in a declining market. Having been through several energy cycles I wouldn't buy them based on that.

I assume you are aware of Big Dog's thread? Excellent source of energy info. I expect to resume monitoring it in the near future as the down cycle for Residential Real Estate is close to the bottom and will almost certainly flatline for years.
