If it did prove correct he would be unqualified. There is a constitutional provision in which the Vice President acts as President until and if the President Elect can be qualified.
A constitutional amendment ? No way. Either he is or isn't and if he is not qualified Biden would ride it out until the next election.

If it turns out that BO didn't qualify under the Constitution? I see only a few variations of the same result. Either way Obama will still be President, because most likely someone would figure out a way to either suspend the Constitutional requirement or amend it with a grandfather clause. The only real benefit we might see out of all this is a change to the vetting procedures for the Democrats (fat chance).

Ignoring the issue would create a Constitutional Crisis. The MSM trying to sweep it under the rug just makes the problem worse when it is ruled on. Uninformed people will be upset if he is blocked and it could make every race riot of the past seem miniscule.

A liberal majority would sweep it like Souter tried to. Kennedy is the swing vote on this. Thomas, Alito and Roberts are all contructionists. If the guy can't serve they would rather deal with the consequences of being legal than undermine the Constitution.

You are welcome for the history lesson.
