They don't offer kits anymore, at least not from Chris Craft themselves. I did a goog search on it and found a picture of the exact boat we built. We added a narrow center deck to the kit for a steering wheel. The boat only had a 10 horse Mercury engine, but would plane along nicely with two people. Not enough HP for skiing, but I had a friend with a bigger Johnson that would pull a skier. A little harder to do at 8200 feet in altitude.

I bet you felt like that little boat was designed just for you, and I bet you did have fun. We lived in that run down house on Lake Wa and had a little 16' runabout. We'd go out and hit the local beach looking for guys. Do some water skiing, and go over to Seattle to pick up friends on the docks in lake Union.

Good times!

Sounds like a great childhood.
