What do you think of selling covered calls? Nov 30s are about $1.50.

After taking all this risk, why would you risk losing the upside for a couple bucks net of commission?

I'd rather write Nov 25PUTs if there's a reasonable premium and lower my average cost either by keeping the premium or by buying more at a lower cost basis.

which person did you speak to IRA? i called today too - all day and they had their lines on forward to "listen to the hot line update" - but were not taking specific investment related calls. I'll call tomorrow a.m. before market and speak with the man himself.
