She certainly is having problems focusing. Full of a lot of nonsequiters. The one thing she is right on is that people give credit where credit is due--------and that is credit to President George Bush and his administration in the war on terrorism. What Noonan fails to mention is that due to many of these Government workers and private sector workers the reason the USA is a safer place today is because of some of them. Defense is small and big business here whether it is called defense or by some other name. mj
