Agreed, but again, you have to look at the entire chain of energy creation and usage. This argument that we shouldn't move to electric cars, because we still get most of our energy from coal plants, is so stupid. We have to move to electric cars AND we have to move to cleaner energy sources. It doesn't matter which we do first. We have to do BOTH. The sooner Americans realize that, the sooner we can capture the majority of the new wealth to come from these new industries. Or we can wait too late and let the rest of the world get most of the patents and wealth from it. Our choice.
