am @ restaurant where they keep tv on. took forever to get here; traffic jam, economy not bad enough yet. tv program about symptoms of depression and anxiety, interviews with doctors and victims of american fraud - accumulators, lehman mini-bonds, etc once upon a time i came close to losing 50% of everything, and i know the feeling advice: the folks need to exercise and keep physically healthy and mentally alert
