WHAT's "not true", Sandi?

Fact: there are just over 6,600 ballots not included in the nearly completed State recount, because the authorities have yet to rule on their admissibility (one-by-one), despite the fact that these votes were included in the original machine count on election day.

So they will be folded-in to the results after the authorities allocate them.

This 6,600+ votes are ballots that that were cast and machine counted in the election --- but CAN NOT be recounted just yet because (after manual examination) they are being disputed by one or the other side and so are temporarily excluded from the recount until the authorities rule on each of them.

The 6,600+ ballots are ballots which have been FORMALLY CHALLENGED by each of the campaigns... (Actually, I believe the Coleman camp has challenged a bit more than 1/2 of them....)
