Why are you shouting? BTW, good leaders surround themselves with heavy hitters, because they aren't afraid of vigorous debate. I'm pretty old and have been in business for decades. I see it in business all the time. The idiot leaders that don't last are the ones who surround themselves with yes men, because they are too insecure about their own intelligence. The smart, capable leaders are the ones who surround themselves with heavy weights, because they know they can go toe to toe with them in debates and they relish the experience of getting to the best answers. But you wouldn't know that. All of your posts show how naive and immature your thinking is. Fox News is a biased news source, which hates Obama and you know it. Open your mind a bit.
