You know, I'm coming around to have more respect for a negative view of capital punishment. Two strong arguments against it. One, mistakes are possible. Two, except for defense, morally the taking of life should really be in God's hands, not mans - that goes equally for abortion, euthanasia, and capital punishment. However, I still have respect for democratic decision-making and if the voters of a state allow the above things, I'd let them make the decision. As opposed to letting it be imposed by judges. Let the fight for life issues be decided by voters.
