I usually spell it schmoozer.

MJ, I think MOST successful Presidential Candidates have been good schmoozers.

Especially since we started having Primaries, it seems to be a necessary attribute. Nixon wasn't too good at it, and I don't think he could have had much success in today's politics.

Dukakis wasn't good at it either and I think it cost him in 1988.

F.D.R. was GREAT at schmoozing and a LOT of the folks from his "Social Class" considered him nothing BUT a schmoozer.

George W. was pretty much a failure at everything he did up to the age of 40 EXCEPT schmoozing. He was a really good schmoozer.

So, I guess we'll have to wait on the jury to come back on Obama.
