Actually, the "drug dealers" Bush has pardoned have been all small-time with proper DOJ investigations supporting the pardons.

Unlike Clinton's, where the criminals were big time criminals, the money changed hands, and the paperwork was conveniently overlooked.

You will not see Bush taking money for pardons the way Clinton did. No way that's going to happen.

I understand the most outrageous pardons occur during the period between XMAS and New Year's when no one is paying attention. That's when Bush will pardon John Wilkes Booth, Sirhan Sirhan, and Joe McCarthy.
