The first deadline is December 15th when the Electoral College meets to cast their votes.

Of all the cases the one that was allowed to go forward is the weakest and most narrow. It is unlikely given the case that the SCOTUS will have the opportunity to hear that they could deny Obama the right to serve. If however he refused to produce a Certificate of Live Birth they have the ability to stay the vote of the electoral college and thus delay his ability to serve.

If he presents a certificate that clearly shows he was not born in the US they most certainly would find a way to block him. If it is cloudy and uncertain, which I believe is the most likely, they would probably not do anything rash because they did not allow a case that addresses this issue to proceed.

It is reasonable to assume that part of the reason you are not following the story because the formerly MSM are ignoring it as hard as they can.

The leftwingnuts are trying to play the "our man is above the law" card again, but this time it appears they will not be allowed to get away without some truth being exposed to the light of day.
