According to the article posted----"The lawsuit claims that Reed has known about questions concerning Obama's eligibility since September, but did nothing to determine whether Obama was a lawful candidate. The claims rest on Obama's alleged failure to provide a certificate of live birth from his home state of Hawaii. Court documents say Obama instead has published a document called a Certification of Live Birth, which the suit claims does not prove Obama was born on American soil. Since Obama, Jr.'s father Barrack Obama Sr. was still married to his wife in Kenya, was Obama, Sr. legally married to Stanley Ann, Obama's mother? Is there an original marriage certificate for Obama, Sr. and Stanley Ann on file with the State of Hawaii? If so was the marriage legal considering his marriage still in effect in Kenya? 2. "If there was no legal marriage", what does that do to Obama, Jr's (President Elect) status as an American citizen 3. When Obama, Jr., now Democrat Pres. Elect, moved to Indonesia with his mother who married Soetoro, after divorcing Obama, Sr. -------did Stanley Ann give up her American citizenship? Did Stanley Ann retain dual citizenship with America and Indonesia? What became of the status of Obama,Jr.'s citizenship at that time about 1963-----(he was about 2 years old)---- with the move to a foreign country Indonesia and with the adoption of him by Soetoro. Did his status follow that of his mother with his being a toddler (a baby for practical purposes.) There are more questions that can be asked-----just starters. mj
