Kugler, thanks for your response, but IMO, you're still being 'tactical' and evading the jist of my question....Its' one thing pointing out that OVIS may have not been properly registered, it's quite another to form a NEW CORP w/ the SAME NAME in another state. I would think, unless you have a bias, you would consider this, in the very least, UNETHICAL, yet..you evade my direct question about those 'implications'. You must also be aware of the 'biased' concerning those photos, it has been 'documented' on this thread about the validity of those photos, and also, it is interesting to the reader, that you find the forming of a new corp w/ the same name "embarassing" to OVIS, if in fact it was true...YET, not 'unethical, fradulent, or criminal' if not true! IMO opinion, you have a biased and you seem VERY diligent on persuading investors that your MISIMFORMATION is valid. You won't even, rhetorically, admit a 'disconcerning' paradigm encompassing DVBC, Dempsey Mork, DVBC's investment strategies, Dempsey Morks request to Ovis itself for more shares and the current 'at least, PERCIEVED ( for sake of conversation) Short position. This is an indication you have a biased. This, combined w/ all your free time spent on this thread, w/o holding a position, at least , SUGGESTS, there might be 'motive' for your presence here.
