Journalism generally implies accuracy. The story you posted contains statements which are known to be false or at best are misleading.

One filed by Philip Berg, a lawyer in Lafayette Hill, Pa., asserts that Obama was born in Kenya, even though he has a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii showing he was born there on August 4, 1961.

Perhaps Obama does have said Certificate of Live Birth. If he does why is he spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid presenting it rather than making the issue go away in a New York minute? Nobody spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to hide nothing.

As you wrote to me, if there is smoke there must be fire. Certainly given the amount of smoke you must believe that there is fire on the issue of Obama's legitimacy.

The Supreme Court receives about 150 appeals per week, and all but a small fraction are rejected without discussion among the justices. Donofrio's is likely to be denied without comment tomorrow morning. Berg's is likely to meet the same fate.

Based on statistical probability that is true. It is also true that at any given at bat even the best hitter are unlikely to get on base. Some do, and some even get home runs.

The failure of the SCOTUS to require the Certificate of Live Birth to be presented for their review would be a travesty. Leaving such an important issue unexplored would cloud Obama's legitimacy from the start and be a constant cloud over him for his entire four years.

Obama should want the issue to be answered so that it will go away.
