Capital hogging=money velocity decreased. Capital spreading=money velocity increased. That points to only one solution. Capital spending in the shirtless countries going up.
The G20 must get that on the table and act.

If left on the hands of the minnows, they will think: seat on the sidelines. Seat on the capital. Wait and see.

Time requires action! Send the capital to Brazil, is the way out of the quagmire. :-)
