Let's see if Bush can 'outpardon' Clinton's case with his buddy Mark Rich.

I looked at the list of Bush pardons combjelly posted. A typical recipient served a couple years and got a $5000 fine in the 1980s. So they'd long ago paid their debt to society and only applied for a pardon so they could tell their grandchildren they weren't felons. Unlike Marc Rich, who fled the country and never faced justice.
