Holder worked to undermine legal authority and prevent accountability in the Clinton Whitehouse and would like to ensure no democrat is ever held accountable. Rice probably violated the law in blocking the confirmation of an Appellate Judge until after the Circuit ruled in favor of discrimination. She would like to transport her partisanship to the Justice Department. She would use it to block legal actions that might not undermine the constitution. Obama's real lemon appointments seem to be centered in the Justice Department.
