Nice analysis which makes a lot of sense. However, timing predictions are always somewhat problematic. The joker in the deck could be how strongly the new administration wishes to push for domestic NG as a replacement for imported foreign oil. Maybe they will offer tax incentives for the conversion from heating oil to NG. With some additional infrastructure, we have enough NG to go a long way towards energy independence. Perhaps they will encourage the build out of the NG infrastructure instead of focusing only on building more roads and bridges.
