His father was still married in Kenya at the time that Obama, Jr. was born according to early International writing on Obama's campaign. If Obama, Sr. married Stanley Ann, then appears to me that this marriage was not legal considering he was still married to his first wife in Kenya.

Did Obama, Sr. do an American divorce from his Kenyan wife?

If so where was it filed----Hawaii?

If Stanley Ann and Obama, Sr.'s marriage was not legitimate, what are the citizenshp implications for the offspring----in this case Obama, Jr.?
