Iraq is ending the Bush 2nd term as a democracy which will, for years to come, attribute its freedom to the courage of GWB and the American soldiers who fought under him. You cannot put a value on it when you're engaged in a war on terrorism against Islamic extremists.

And the third most corrupt regime in the world which neutralizes any democracy in that country.
