I'm taking a look at this stock, but have no position as yet.

Can anybody comment on how its technology compares with IGEN's? IGEN just won a screening contract with Agouron:

My big concern with ABSC is that it looks to me like there's a big overhang of around 10m shares that hasn't been released from a 180 day lockup (after the IPO) yet. I generally tend to avoid stocks with a big overhang until a few months after the lockup is over. My suspicion is that there can sometimes even be pressure _ahead_ of the lockup release if the underwriters know (or strongly suspect) there are going to be substantial sales when the lockup ends.
