Obama, Sr.'s being a British Subject is no doubt what caught the attention of the Supreme Court in the Donofrio filing.

Obama, Sr. was not an American immigrant. He was here on a scholarship at the University of Hawaii for Africans funded by the Kennedy Foundation of that time.

Obama, Sr. did not relinquish his Kenyan Citizenship to come to Hawaii/USA.

Appears that Obama, Jr. may be a British Subject and Kenyan.

What then happens to his citizenship when his mother moved to Indonesia and Obama was adopted by Indonesian Soetoro. Did he become a citizen of Indonesia via the adoption by Soetoro?

When his mother sent him back to Hawaii from Indonesia, what was Obama, Jr.'s status-------was he an Indonesian Citizen, a British Subject, a Kenyan. Did he immigrate back to America?

Think you get the idea------

How unfortunate for this country that Mr. Obama did not deal with this in a straightforward fashion. His books waffled all around the questions and he has yet to lay the documentation on the table for all to see.
