Robert: The article about the two contracts appeared today in the Raleigh News & Observer; a day later than I expected. It still got nice play, though. Too bad it hit on a day when everyone was terrified about the future of the stock market. TESI actually went up, though, so if people see that, they may be willing to put some money into it. Another local company similar to TESI that I hold is SEER. It just announced earnings today and jumped to 9. I bought it at 6 also only two months ago. I look for SEER to return to the 20 level it had when it was an IPO. Walter High
