If he were disqualified now there would be an upheaval and cities would burn. The Justices and Bush are fully aware of that.

The Obama Certificate of Live Birth scandal continues. One case as been dismissed but the Berg case is still alive. It would be a huge travesty of justice to leave the question of Obama's legitimacy unexplored. Obama should want the issue to go away; instead he is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to try to hide the documentation that could exonerate him. Nobody spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to hide nothing. If it is not answered it will be a constant drag on his administration for his entire four years. His legitimacy will be questioned until it is answered.
