There's always people at both ends of the prediction path.

On anything.

Sinclair is probably headed to the loonie bin soon with his super-bullish calls on gold going up "imminently" not working out.

Overall, I find that article bullish. You see stuff like that in the popular press at market bottoms, not tops.
