As I've already pointed out numerous times (& I'm sure that Tim remembers, even if you don't) the term "official" was in the NEWSPAPER HEADLINE, which I did not edit in any way. (If I had edited the article in any way, you would be screaming to the rafters about how I 'falsified' news! :-) AND... I scrupulously observed, from the very beginning and made the same observation over-and-over, that N.B.E.R. is a PRIVATE organization. <GGG>
