I agree, and it has not yet been done...

gestures would be TOTALLY culture-specific though.

True that there are many colloquial gestures that are culturally specific, but I'm referring to universal involuntary facial expressions that are driven by the autonomic nervous system, these are not culturally different, these are universally human and can be understood without explanation or language all across the globe...
