And so they have... they went all the way. Obviously the judges are quite satisfied that he was actually born in Hawaii.

One of the issues I believe the Republicans are absolutely correct on is the belief that we should cut down on frivolous lawsuits. They clog up the courts and waste public money.

Suing to deny that Obama's birth certificate is valid is one of those frivolous lawsuits. So I don't mind if the citizens sue, but let's make sure that when they lose, they have to pay all court costs they have forced us to incur.
