I also buy my Steele cut oats at trader joes. They have the best price. I haven't seen the oat bran there, but I haven't been looking for it either. And have never had a problem with moths in my flour, but have heard of it.

I went through my pantry today, and identified all of the foods that contain wheat. I don't know how long I'm going to do this diet, so I didn't throw anything out. I just wanted to get a little more familiar with what does and does not contain wheat.

I actually can't see going back to eating wheat in any great measure. For some strange reason, I'm really liking this diet, and have no cravings for or miss eating wheat.
