David,

The marketing and sales expenses increased, at least partially due to establishing their new printer, plus increased R&D. As for the CFO--don't know for sure, but it seems obvious they wouldn't be too happy with his performance-- especially after 0.13 earnings one quarter, then only showing up with 0.09 the next on slightly increasing sales, and this 0.02 shy of the estimate. Also the account receivables aren't at acceptable levels. I am relatively new to this stock, but to me it appears the company has great products, their sales are going well (from what has been said on this thread their marketing is not great), but they aren't able to incrementally increase earnings--they appear to have everything they need to raise the stock price, except the bottom line. If they can get that together with a new CFO, IMO the stock could easily double within two quarters. The CEO did say that he saw slowing growth but then he said sales this quarter would be between 15.7 and 16.0M---that is a minimum of a 10% increase over this past quarter--to me that isn't slowing growth. He didn't expect the German market to return to its high percentage--but he said everything else looked good.
