But what if their protest has the opposite effect? What if their employers decide one day without gays isn't enough and all the following days should also be gay free since there's an entire group making an issue of their employment?

I don't understand why,,,,,employers understand when someone is sick and doesn't show up....<sic> Uh oh, better not go there....<g>
